Landmark's Personal Computer Support Contract

. . . Your solution for reliable, ongoing professional help.

You and your business rely on personal computing, but the promise of easy, carefree computing has not been realized.

More than ever, you need a helping hand to use the technology effectively. Yet finding competent, professional technical assistance when you need it can be difficult.

Landmark Computer Laboratories can help meet your personal computing needs. We provide services to users of Windows-based personal computers, including:

We differentiate ourselves from computer stores, "clone shops," and mail-order houses by providing personal services with added value. We help you evaluate and select hardware and software that will help you work more efficiently. We provide personalized instruction and ongoing support, on-site or remote-control diagnosis and maintenance, and open-ended user support. We help clients institute sound preventive maintenance and backup procedures at minimal expense. We upgrade older systems to wring maximum efficiency from them at a cost far less than that of buying new computers.

The object of all our efforts: to keep you and your computer systems up and running.

The benefits of Landmark's value-added services can be yours whether or not you originally purchased equipment from us.

Landmark Computer Labs provides technical services, support, and training under terms of our Landmark Personal Computer Support Contract. The contract secures for you a block of hours to use for any of the services we provide: hardware or software configuration, maintenance, training, telephone or in-person support, consulting, etc.

Investing in a Landmark Personal Computer Support Contract assures that you'll have the help you need when you want it, at a price you can afford. Why Landmark? Because we make the effort to learn who you are, how you work, and what you expect from your computer systems. You can trust us to work with you, to keep your PCs up and running, and to provide economical solutions. Why now? To lock in the best price. Support fees, like health care, keep going up, but we'll always offer current clients best pricing. We pioneered affordable, no-hassle support contracts. You don't need to pay up front to get support, but it is the cheapest way to tap our resources. Of course, clients under contract always get priority service.

The Landmark Personal Computer Support Contract is a realistic solution for the questions and issues that arise with any major computing application. With reliable support and service available, you can wring maximum benefit from your personal computer systems.

How to purchase a Landmark Personal Computer Support Contract

You may buy a Landmark Personal Computer Support Contract for as many hours as you like (minimum four hours). Contract prices vary, depending on the applicable hourly rate (determined by the service category) and the hourly discount (determined by the number of hours you purchase).

(Note: Many of our clients have a mix of Landmark and non-Landmark systems. Check with us if necessary to determine the applicable hourly rate for your situation.)

Whether you have one computer or a dozen, the per-hour cost of the contract is the same. Of course, the more computers you have, the more support you are likely to need in a given amount of time.

Contracts are issued subject to approval of application by Landmark, and are payable in advance.
